Seven modern short-stay apartments have been created in the city centre of Amersfoort. The apartments have been equipped with all mod cons and services and are ready for the future. The short-stay apartments, located at Utrechtseweg 25 (A to G), are immediately available for rent for a minimum period of one (1) week and a maximum period of six (6) months. It is also possible to rent a private parking space during the stay.
Nefkens Park is situated in the very heart of Amersfoort, close to all the amenities and a bustling inner city. Central Station is literally around the corner. You will find plenty of nice restaurants, a cinema and several supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance. And yet Nefkens Park is also within cycling distance of the green space at Bergkwartier, the Birkhoven woods and Amersfoort Zoo.
These modern apartments are rented out furnished, including necessities such as crockery and even a washer/dryer. Distinctively unique – especially in Amersfoort’s inner city – is the private parking space available for each apartment in the parking basement. Additional services are easily included and readily available, such as a weekly cleaning and linen service.

Which services are included?
The service charges are included in the rent of the apartments. The rent of an apartment includes the following provisions and services:
- maintenance of furniture (excluding wilful damages)
- parking space maintenance and cleaning
- internet & television (KPN)
- heating, energy and water
- major and minor daily maintenance
- maintenance and regular inspection of heating system, including defects and call out charges
- maintenance and regular inspection of mechanical ventilation system;
- maintenance of general areas
- cleaning of general areas
- window washing outside
- 5% administrative charge on the fee for provisions and services.
Optional services to be added at an additional charge:
- Cleaning of the apartment (weekly)
- Linen service (full-service solution)
- Parking space (including electric vehicle/bicycle charging point)
What is included in the apartment?
The apartments are made available in their present state, including home furnishings featuring a double bed (separate duvets), couch and/or armchair, TV, dining table and chairs, washer/dryer, curtains, carpeting and comprehensive kitchen including a combi-microwave/oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, extraction hood and various kitchen appliances. The bathroom and toilet have been fitted with full sanitary facilities.
When can I settle in?
By arrangement and depending on availability.
What about parking space?
It is possible to rent one (1) parking space in the basement parking garage.
Rent for the parking space is €100 per month and €125 per month for a parking space with an electric charging point.
How long can I rent for?
The minimum rental period is one (1) week and the maximum rental period, in principle, is six (6) months.
What is the term of payment?
The rental obligation, including the service charges, are paid in advance by direct debit collection or paid in full (in case of a rental period shorter than one (1) month) at the start of the rental period.
How much is the security deposit required?
An amount of €1,000 is required as a security deposit.
Short Stay Nefkens is located on the ground floor. Entry at the side of the square is gained via a large shared general area which is only accessible to residents of the short stay apartments. This general area features a large glazed front across the length of the property. The general area provides access to the front doors of the individual apartments. It also provides access to the stairwell and lift for direct access to the parking spaces and storerooms in the large basement parking garage below the complex. The rental of one (1) parking space (possibly with a charging point) can be included in the rental of these apartments.
